I have lots of great gift ideas that the tween in your life will love from beauty finds for beginners, to games, to out of the ordinary tech. These ideas came from shopping for my own tween the past few years. Some of these items she received last year, and many she is receiving this year.

Stocking Stuffers
Stockings are tons of fun. We always opened our stockings first thing in the morning, and while the gifts were smaller in size, they were always my favorite.

Lip Smackers (My mom got me these when I was this age.)
Wet Brush
Unicorn sleep mask
Pug wallet (Gotta store that chore money somewhere.)
Pen Organizer
Would You Rather? (A fun game/book you can play with the whole family.)
Mad Libs (They're hilarious and a great way to sneak in some parts of speech practice-hehe.)
Uno Unocorns (This game is on repeat in our house.)
Jelly Belly Bean Boozled (A risky game of tasting horribly disgusting jelly bean flavors.)
Wireless mouse (Perfect if your tween has a laptop at school.)

Gifts for Under the Tree
Don't worry, I've got some gift ideas for under the tree too!

Mini backpack (A hands-free introduction to carrying a purse.)
Gel pens
Pusheen coloring book (It's like a grown up coloring book, but has super cute character images.)
Etch a Sketch (Perfect for artsy kids, but also a bit different than using paper and pencil.)
Glow in the dark blanket
Warm beanie
Polaroid camera (A fun way to take pictures.)
LED photo clip string (This is perfect for displaying the pictures they take with the Polaroid.)
Swell water bottle

A few more ideas:
Clothing from Old Navy and Justice
Shoes from Zappos (Vans and Uggs are my tween's favorites)
Chapter books and graphic novels (click here for some favorites for ages 10+)
